We take a three-phase approach to helping arts organizations:

Evaluation

We sit with you to find out your goals, understand your business structure, understand your audience dynamic, and understand your physical facilities.

Recommendations

We will then make recommendations of what network components you could implement to help achieve your goals and address your needs.

Implementation

We take the plan that we’ve crafted, and help you do the work necessary to realize it. We can do the work myself, help you do the work, or let you do the work on your own.

What does this involve?

Depending on your goals, we can help you in three ways:

Onsite Consulting and Training

One of our partners will come in for a day or two to really get to know your arts organization. We can communicate much more to you in an hour or two in person than we can in days on the phone.

Video or Telephone Consulting and Training

If your needs are simple, or if you just want to save a few bucks, we can communicate with you through video conferencing and/or telephone conference calls.

Equipment Installation

If you just need help getting things set up and going, we can install and configure your equipment and services for you as well.

How we charge…

We negotiate on a one-on-one basis with each arts organization with which we consult.
