Free trials and free plans
Every paid VirtualCallboard and StageStock plan starts with a 30-day free trial, with no cost or obligation. If you want to keep going after 30 days, you don’t need to do anything: billing simply begins. If you decide not to continue, let us know at least one business day before your trial ends and you won’t be billed.
Free trials are for new subscribers. If you’ve subscribed before, you can start another trial when you’re signing up on behalf of a new organization.
Yes, for both products, and neither needs a credit card. StageStock’s Starter plan is free forever for up to 100 items. VirtualCallboard’s Archive plan is free forever: it keeps your site’s setup and your archived productions available to admins, and you can upgrade again whenever you need to.
Plans and pricing
VirtualCallboard plans are based on how many productions you run at the same time, from one active production on Starter to nine on Organization Plus. StageStock plans are based on how many items you catalog, from 100 on the free Starter plan to 10,000 on Organization Plus. Need more? Enterprise plans for both are sized to you. Contact us.
No. There are no per-seat fees on any plan. VirtualCallboard includes unlimited users in any role, so your whole cast, crew and staff can join. StageStock includes unlimited admins and managers.
If we change the price of a plan, we’ll give you at least two weeks’ notice before the new price takes effect, and you’re free to cancel during that time.

Yes. Paying annually saves 10% compared with paying monthly.
Billing and payment
You choose monthly or annual billing. Billing is paperless: statements go to the billing email address you choose, and site administrators can see invoices and payment history under Administration › Invoices/Payments.
We accept all major credit cards. Organizations on annual plans that can’t pay by card can pay by purchase order or corporate check instead. Contact us after you subscribe to set this up.
Payment is due by the date on your most recent statement. If an account is more than 5 days past due, a $15 late fee is added and access is suspended until the account is brought up to date. Accounts that stay suspended for more than 10 days may have their data permanently deleted, so please get in touch early if you need help.
Changing or canceling your plan
Contact us before your next billing cycle begins. Charges for a partial month aren’t prorated. If you cancel an annual subscription early, the remainder of that year’s fee isn’t refunded.
You can move to the free Archive plan instead of canceling outright. Your site’s setup and archived productions stay available to your admins, who can open and export them anytime, and you can upgrade again for your next season.
